The American Goat exhibit opened for a month long exhibition at the Slater Concourse Gallery in the Aidekman Arts Center at Tufts University. The opening night party featured several Massachusetts goat cheese producers, brought together by Slow Food Boston, to share their delicious cheeses with the exhibit goers. The combination of the photographs and the cheeses (and the playing of the Goat Love DVD) made the event a full sensory experience. All that was missing was a real live goat!
